If I bought a packet of flower seeds last year and planted them now, will they still grow?

I had kept the packets of flower seeds in my garage for about a year in cold temperatures. I’m wondering if I should still go ahead and plant them or not even bother taking the time to plant something that wont grow. Thanks.

you should have kept them inside in a cool dry place.

i have had seeds grow that are 5 years out of date. but with yours being kept outside, theres a small chance, if they dont smell of mold and are in good condition, then plant them and they should grow.

I would test 1 of the seeds (if there not too small) use a razer or knife, and cut the seed in half, if there is a white part, then there good.
